Return & Refund Policy

Please note that return requests will only be considered for instances where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered.

All return requests must be initiated through our website within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return or replacement, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, along with their original packaging. For the return or replacement request to be processed, customers are required to upload images of the invoice, the product, and its packaging at the time of the request.

In the event of a defective or damaged item, we will promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost. However, to facilitate this process, customers must upload images of the invoice, a clear photograph of the damaged or defective product, as well as images of the packaging when submitting the return request.

The item will be picked up by our logistics partner and delivered to our warehouse. The refund will then be initiated. The refund process may take up to 15 days to be credited to original bank account after the product has been received by us.
